Zeiss IOLMaster 700 SWEPT Source OCT device is a combined biometry instrument for the visualization of eye structures and acquisition of data of the human eye required for the calculation of the intraocular lens to be implanted. The device is capable of consecutive measurement of the following eye parameters in one session: axial length, corneal curvatures, corneal thickness, anterior chamber depth, lens thickness and WTW distance. All measurements are non-contact, providing excellent patient comfort.

KEY BENEFITS:

v There are several key benefits to using our OCT-based biometry for refractive surgery:

ü OCT image-based biometry provides a more accurate thanks to measure the eye and detect unusual eye geometries, which results in fewer surprises during surgery.

ü Our biometry is repeatable and clinically validated and provides more accurate keratometry and biometrical parameters than other methods. This results in better refractive outcomes overall.

ü Our system provides onboard toric IOL power calculation, easy delegation, and quick measurement speed. This helps you save time and increase efficiency in your surgical workflow.

ü Our platform is prepared for future enhancements and comes with a hassle-free service package. This ensures that you’re going to be able to get the most out of your investment for years to come.

Software And Other Features

Includes the Haigis Suite, an all-in-one solution combining the Haigis IOL power calculation formula with the Haigis-L formula for eyes after laser refractive surgery and the new Haigis-T formula for toric IOL calculations. With the onboard toric calculator, there is no need to key in refractive data to IOL manufacturers’ online calculators.

Although the device is new, it is compatible with earlier versions of the IOLMaster, so that the User Group of Laser Interference Biometry database can be used. The database contains lens constants for more than 270 IOLs based on data from more than 50,000 surgeries collected specifically for the IOLMaster, according to the company, and these data can be used to help refine refractive outcomes.
