QuadroStarPRO – Yellow Light For Vascular Treatments

The QuadroStarPRO YELLOW with yellow wavelength is the latest technology for the treatment of superficial vessels and pigmented lesions. With a maximum in haemoglobin absorption, the system is perfect for any laser specialist. Thanks to a newly developed scanner with integrated skin cooling, it is also possible to treat larger skin areas quickly.

VASCULAR TREATMENT

Port-wine stains, small strawberry marks, dilated capillaries and couperose skin: there is a wide range of conditions in which the structure of blood vessels changes, and many people suffer from them. The QuadroStarPROYELLOW with 577 nm provides the ideal wavelength for treatment of vascular lesions. The scanner with integrated skin cooling also allows faster treatment of areas of erythema in a procedure that reduces side effects and shortens the regeneration phase.

The yellow wavelength is more selective and lies at the maximum absorption limit. Thanks to its particular wavelength, the QuadroStarPROYELLOW is the gold standard. The system allows fast, effective and safe treatments with few side effects. Less fluence is required for the same results and thanks to the lower level of melanin absorption in comparison to 532 nm, darker skin types can be treated with less damage.

PIGMENT TREATMENT

Pigment disorders are unwelcome and the desire to have them removed is strong. With the QuadroStarPROYELLOW, these undesirable blemishes can be treated effectively.

Absorption of the laser light heats up the pigment and coagulates it. As the wound heals, the particles that have been destroyed are broken down.

SIX TREATMENT MODES

·   BASIC: The fixed spot size (1 mm) and automatic setting of the pulse length make it possible to set the parameters for standard treatments quickly and safely.

·   EXPERT: The spot size and pulse length can be set to optimise treatments.

·   BURST: The pulses are emitted in a sequence of a 3 ms pulse followed by a 3 ms pause for gentle treatment of more difficult lesions.

·   VARIX: In this mode, the clinician can set the power, pulse length and pause between pulses directly. The total energy and time are also displayed.

·   CW: The user can adjust the power required and the treatment is carried out with continuous emission.

·   SCAN: This mode is activated automatically when the scanner is connected. Thanks to the scanner with integrated skin cooling and adjustable cover rate, even faster and more comfortable treatments of large areas are possible.
