MUSCLE TONING USING FMS TECHNOLOGY
The BodyLab is a body-forming system that uses innovative FMS technology (Focused Magnetic Stimulation). The patient’s muscles are stimulated with supramaximal contractions (up to 2.5 Tesla), thereby increasing the metabolism and has a positive effect in various parts of the body. The BodyLab works on many areas of the body and reduces localised fat deposits. Treatment with the BodyLab can significantly increase muscle size, make them more defined, and improve posture – in just a few sessions.
The purpose of the supramaximal stimulation of the muscles is to improve muscle tension and to induce a strong metabolic reaction. This procedure brings many benefits, including minimising health risks such as type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, strokes and post-pregnancy discomfort.
Treatment consists of around eight twice-weekly 30 to 45 minute sessions. For longer lasting results, we recommend following this up with at least one further treatment every three to six months.
